1. Do you ship to my location? What is your shipping policy?
We provide FREE shipping to most locations in Canada (i.e. non-remote areas). Applicable to purchases of Grand Videoke main units.
For remote areas, there will be a surcharge of at least CAD $35.00. Our customer service team will send you an email within 24 hours if in case your address is considered as a remote area. You would have the option to pay for the surcharge, or cancel your order and refund your payment.
We do not deliver to APO and PO box addresses.
All taxes and duties (if applicable) shall be entirely up to the customer. Generally, import duties and taxes are paid for by Nextdev North Limited, the parent company of Grand Videoke Canada. However, HST, GST and PST charges are to be paid for by the customer, which will be indicated when customers check would check out from the Grand Videoke Canada website (www.grandvideoke.ca).
2. What is your lead-time for delivery?
Our order processing time is one (1) business day. Our transit time is 5-7 business days through our logistics partners.

3. What are your payment options?
We process payments through Split, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amercian Express (AMEX), Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept payments through PayPal.
4. What is the warranty of Grand Videoke?
Grand Videoke warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of:
- Main Unit, Microphones & Remote Control: 12 months
- All Cables: 3 months
- Autovolt Adapter: 6 months
Warranty for all cables and autovolt adapter is limited to manufacturing defects (i.e. materials, workmanship) and does not cover normal wear and tear.

5. How to add more songs to the Grand Videoke?
A. For Grand Videoke 3 PRO Series:
You can add more songs wherever and whenever as long as you have a stable internet connection. This can be done by downloading new song volumes through the GV Smart App for iPhone/iPad and Android. The song volumes that you have downloaded will be saved to your iPhone/iPad or Android device. Pair your iPhone/iPad or Android device to the Grand Videoke through the GV Smart App to facilitate transfer of song volumes to the Grand Videoke. Transfer can only be facilitated when you purchase the GV Smart Code Update Credits (https://grandvideoke.ca/products/gv-smart-code-update-credits).

B. For Grand Videoke PLUS Series:
You may add songs by purchasing Grand Videoke Song Transfer Packs (STP). STPs are released in volumes with 300-310 songs.
STPs are include firmware updates for the Grand Videoke PLUS which are for bug fixes and additional features.
